ive given this routine a week and it was a bit too much work for me so iv'e chopped it down to this have i dropped the right excercises in you guys opinions?
sets x reps
Log clean and press 5x5
Stiff leg deadlift (thick bar) 5x5
Barbell rows 4x6
Bench with chains 6-8x3
Incline dumbbell press 4x6
Clean and press (from hang/ knees) 5x5
Box squat 6-8x2
Front squat 5x5
(i might put bicep curls back in just because its bin over a year since i last done them besides the other week)
