hows this look?

ive always been a big fan of volume training just working squat,bench,deads with maybe two or three assistance excercises im thinking of stopping competing in powerlifting, but still train for strength and a bit of size i was going to cut training to 3xweek doing a kind of push-pull-legs style hows this look to you guys or should i spread it over four days?

sets x reps
1
Log clean and press 5x5
Stiff leg deadlift (thick bar) 5x5
Barbell rows 4x6
Bicep curls 2x8
Grip

Bench with chains 6-8x3
Incline dumbbell press 4x6
Clean and press (from hang/ knees) 5x5
French press 2x8
Plate pinch

Box squat 6-8x2
Front squat 5x5
Leg press 1x20
Calf raise 3x8-10
Bar holds

    ive given this routine a week and it was a bit too much work for me so iv'e chopped it down to this have i dropped the right excercises in you guys opinions?

    sets x reps

    (i might put bicep curls back in just because its bin over a year since i last done them besides the other week)

    how u performing those bx squats? heavy or dynamic ala westside? do u use boxes or a bench to squat on?

    dynamic, i use a box, benches at my gym are way too high ive tried westside for a while but didnt get on with it in the end but i liked the dynamic stuff
