hows this

starting new diet.this is all new to me so am trying to keep things as simple as poss.

breakfast. cereal/semi skimmed milk&couple of boiled eggs

dinner.tuna baked potatoes&veg

tea...chicken pasta &veg

on top of this i will be throwing in some snacks suck as fruit/yoghurts/cottage cheese. my goals are to build as much size and strength as poss.and lose my beer belly[ive now quit boozing].cheers

    What do you eat before training, after training? ? ?

    You generally cannot cut and bulk at the same time, effectively, unless you are new to training and/or you are coming back from a log lay off.

    Choose one or the other and go for it.

    get up about 10 train about 1130 cereal before training dinner after and healthy snacks in between no real set times

    been training on and off for months started a proper routine today. i am overweight at the moment and really dont wanna be eating as much as that link said the last thing i need is weight gainer, maybe in the near future but for now i am trying to lose weight and develop my strength. i am also trying to keep it all as simple as poss as i am a simple man

    Well then have a good read of the cutting diet in the link i have given you above.

    Take ideas on meals, meal choices, meal timings, etc...

    Also, when do you do cardio? ? ?

    i do weights mon wed fri and cardio and abs tue thur sat. what cardio would be best high intensity[run] or low [walk/bike]. cheers for the help mate

    Cardio first thing on a morning, allowing you to split aerobic and anaerobic activities up.

    Cardio before food for 40-45 mins low intensity.

    whats a good simple diet i cant eat all that in that post from before not at the moment any way. i keep reading about this kind of nuts and that kind of omega oils im totally baffled. i dont seem to be able to get a simple answer

    what are dextrose,maltodextrin,l-glutamin,udios oil, and what are the benifits? also what would people recomend insteat of egg whites in the morning, and cottage cheese at night?
