hows this routine?

im cutting and aiming for reps of 4x10 or 4x12 with great form

saturday
chest and biceps
press ups (2x15)
flat bb bench
incl bb bench
standing zbar curls

sunday
shoulders and grip
seated db press
bb shrugs
standing lateral raises
static gripping (2xto near failure)

monday
boxing

tuesday
back and triceps
deadlifts
pull ups (3xmax)
tbar rows
close grip bench

wednesday
boxing

thursday
legs and abs
squats
db lunges
standing bb calf raises (3x12)
sit ups holding disk (3x12)

ive been doing chest with tri's one day then back and bi's the next, decided to swop it round a bit, i didnt want to do chest and bi's one day then back and tri's the next as this would lead to overtraining

    Hi Kerr
    ORIGINAL: kerr616
    saturday
    chest and biceps
    press ups (2x15)
    flat bb bench
    incl bb bench
Don't know if I see the need for both benches (incline and flat). Maybe use just flat bench, with a couple extra sets? Reason I say that, is if you're training shoulders the next day, incline might poop ya out early haha

I would personally replace the lunges with goodmornings or SLDL's, but not sure if that would be conductive to bodybuilding

Just a couple things I would change; other then that it looks like an excellent setup. Good luck

cheers for the replies, here goes.....

cricket_fire - i used to do sldl's and i had a bit of time off and when i came back they never seemed to work for me again, i may consider trying them again with really low weights

i changed it a bit, ive been experimenting with 5 sets as opposed to 4
    ie
    a light 1st set
increase on sets 2,3 and 4
and a light weight on 5 - as a sort of drop set

noted on the shoulder incline bench thing as well

other then that it looks like an excellent setup. Good luck

    cheers mate

yeah, going to get this going when i move out
