hp laptop problems

just bought a new laptop from comet and it was a display model,only one left
anyway he got it sorted for me and when i got home today to start it up
its asking me for the comet shop password,like he didnt even configure it for public use
its on windows vista also
its to late now to phone them up
anyway i cn overide this

    I wouldnt try to i would wait, store up all m,y anger take it out on the sales man, demand to know what type of establishment this is and what the **** are the playing at, then get a other brand new one and some stuff free with it.

    Theres a few ways to do it but none are mega straight forward so Id wait till the morning.

    Take it back mate. Get a refund and buy a new one. I bought an ex display a while back and it had nothing but problems.
    The battery was over used and i think it was kicking its guts in for days and days on display.

    Hope you get it sorted!
