i am new to this

Hi guys,

a week ago i went and bought a set of Dumbell hand weights(20kg) + that long black chair as a starter, also i ordered a **** Explosive Creatine from the net which just came, i really want to start building some chest and arm muscles, i wanted to know for someone (an average guy who has never done body building before) what is the best way to go about this, fist i want to build chest muscles, i read the great newbie guide too :) really helped.

Also is ****s Explosive creatine any help for a newbie? what is its exact purpose, energy / stamina? or building muscles? i am not too sure. I think i got my diet sorted, i just need to know what exercises i should start doing to build the chest and arms for now. Also what would be a safe starter weight? 5 kg or 10kg? or something diffrent!

A little about me:

18 Years old
65 KG
171 CM heigh
Avergae built

Thanks alot all.
