Thats Ripped, Rugged, and Dense 2.0 by Joel Marion I believe, the routine goes like this if I remember correctly

    Day 1- 5x5 (7RM)
    A1)DB Incline Bench Press
    A2)Cable Row

    Day 2- 5x5 (7RM)
    A1)Squat
    A2)Lunges

    Day 3- 5x5 (7RM)
    A1)Dips
    A2)Chins

    Day 4- 5x5 (7RM)
    A1)Deadlift
    A2)Military press

Day 5- off or repeat cycle from day 1 if fresh

Day 6- Repeat cycle from day 1 if day 5 was off.

I see, I googled the link and it came up with ripped, rugged and dense. Are you thinking of a full body routine? Yeh the sites down, always is up and down since its not really as active as such any more.

Yer know one thing that bugs me about me is... I see something like the look of it and think I'll have another look at that later.... then guess what? I can never bl00dy find it..it was kind of a mish mash bewtween a 5x5 routine and full body..from what little I remember it went something like..

    Workout a) Monday
    Workout b) Wednesday
Workout c) Friday ...which if my memory serves me right was a repeat of Monday if that makes any sense...then Wednesdays became the following Mondays..just the rep set scheme escapes me

But I think Mondays was something along the lines of Chest/Delts/Tri

    Wednesdays might have been Legs..

Fridays Back and Biceps...hope this makes a smidging of sense to you mate..

I really like the look of this routine. May have to give it a go in the future. The only thing that concerns me is no rest days in between workouts, and dips one day followed by Military Press the next - may be a bit taxing on the shoulders.

What do you reckon about no rest in between and 2 shoulder days in a row, ice?

I think its quite manageable to be honest you're doing 5x5 with a 7RM and the exercises are on the really low side.
