there is no such thing as ideal total weight

what is best to go on is body composition. someone can be 8st and be ideal weight but still be classed as obese/skinny/ideal (depending on stats etc)

A chart cannot tell you your ideal weight, she should go by how she feels and looks and how comfortable she is with herself.

    5ft 2, 8 stone.
    Your BMI is 20.5
If your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 you're an ideal weight for your height

None of that BMI bull. Most pro bodybuilders are obese then according to their BMI.

It's not bull mate - it's a very useful tool. It's just used incorrectly
