ideas for a cut down snack anyone??

Im on my cut down diet, prepping for a comp.
Not sure what to have for a snak in the evening/night as carbs are out the question.
Any ideas guys, just dont know what to have, just something light

    My parents are both diabetic so there is defo some in the cupboard

    celery/pepper/courgette sticks with salsa

    tun of quark with a little cocoa powder and sweetener

    casein powder with a little water made into a thick pudding type consistency add some sweetener and vanilla or cocoa powder

    prawn skewers or other lean shish kebabs

    I cook some chicken pieces in a little paprika and lemon juice. I then cut them into squares and eat a couple of squares when I feel 'snacky'. Sometimes I might go completely insane and have a little brocolli and red onion on the side.
