ideas for carb refeed!

hey, so im doing the UD2.0 as you may know, which entails very low carbs for the first 3.5 days. on the 4th day in the evening pwo until the end of the 5th day is a carb refeed aiming for about 900g carbs total.
 
this can be a mix of high and low gi carbs, although its important to keep fats to a minimal. ill obviously be going for primarily low gi carbs but also some higher gi as well
 
have you any ideas for delicious foods i can enjoy during this refeed? i was thinking about cream crackers with butter, bagels with butter (would LOVE nutella, ha), having extra bread with meals and maybe even making a mountain of pancakes later. need more ideas!

Current goals: get back in the game

    -Coco pops
     
    -Bagels with philly extra light / bertolli
     
    -Pasta + Chicken & Lloyd grossman Bolognese sauce (lowest fat one I could see in the range)
     
    -Bananas
     
    -Caramel Snack a Jacks

    These were my staples on UD2.0 refeed day. That and a smooth full of oats, whey malto & fruit!
     
    Using those I easily hit
     
    Protein : 255.9
    Carbs: 761.46
    Sugars: 188
    Fats: 38.79
    Saturated Fats: 7.99
    Fibre: 46.5
    Calories: 4256
     
    Never once felt overly full or bloated or struggled either, plenty of room to increase / decrease there!

    I tend to keep it mainly starchy with little sugar as possible.
     
    Baked potatoes with quark & chives
    Basmati rice with prawns & curry sauce
    Low fat oven chips
    Polenta
    Oats with honey & dried fruit or fresh fruit
    Low fat vanilla ice cream (for beginning part of refeed)
    Banana sandwiches with nutella
    Cereals like rice kripies with banana is easy, same with cornflakes
    Rice pudding 
    Too much fibre can give you a massive guts ache with the carb load.

    you kept the fats down that much colza?
    and how important is it to keep fats down today?
    i was eyeing up a pack of cream crackers with bertolli - 300g packet would be 202g carbs but 40g fats. is the fat content on them a bit high?

    Its a carbup, ie. focus on carbs. Fats little as humanly possible. So you have to limit junk food. Also, take it easy on the wheat when you carbup, you may find yourself having a very upset stomach.
     
    Its about stoking the metabolism, the more carbs the better within your calorie allowance. Also dont mix saturated fats with simple carbs too much.

    Its going to be different for anyone , ud2 suggests sugar carbs!
     
    Keep the fat low and the carb nommage high

    its about carbs not junk, eat sweet potato, parsnips, butternutsquash, make a soup out of that lot
    or celeriac soup is real nice if you make it good

    Keeping fats down is vital mate, I was you could probably afford more than I had - it's just how it worked for me.
     
    Secondary is keeping sugar under ~200g. Everyone varies though and reacts to different things!
     
    Carb days were horrific on UD2.0, worst day for me tbh (only after the first 2 weeks though).
