Get some dioralyte when the shops open (replaces the electrolytes lost through vomiting)

    Norovirus perhaps?

It's been quite active this winter. As Kitty said, dioralyte to replace the salts and sugars lost from vomiting should be your first point of call.

These viruses themselves make people feel bad, but it's the dehydration that really makes you feel truly awful.

If you take the dioralyte but can't keep it down because of the vomiting, then you should really consider going to A&E. They'll probably put you on a drip to rehydrate you. Chronic dehydration is no joke.

Norovirus is no fun at all if it is that. But it normally affects both ends (quite often at the same time).  Wash your hands regularly with hot water and soap. That will slow down the infection.

Of course it could not be that.
