imagination in the gym

after a little bit in my journal I thought i'd see how many others have to use a little bit of imagination in there home gyms to get all the excercises in so here to start it off are two from me
firstly, to do dips I use my cheap bench with a barbell across it on one side and my squat stands with another barbell across it, notice that I have to put weights under the bench to get it to the same height!

secondly I didnt have anything for wide grip chins, so ive gone for using squat stands on there highest settings with a barbell across putting the stands at the widest point possible

shame, I took those pics last week and ive cleared all that mess behind now

anyway has anyone else got pics of how theyve been imaginative?

cheers mate, its stable enough, maybe not as much as a fixed item in a gym but its fine for me, the weight of me on it seems to make it stay firm and im not excatly heavy (13stone)

hook two pieces of rope over the rafters for handles, you now have a chin station.
harsh on the hands so pick your rope well... think rocky 3 (people will remember clubber lang doing them with rope handles)
