imax cinema

i've never experienced IMAX before, thinking of going to see Interstella at manchester printworks IMAX.

is it worth the extra cost?

If you're a big film fan like me its worth it for the top films imo. Interstellar and the hobbit will be seen at the IMAX this year for me.

My normal ticket prices are £4-£5 and ill be paying the £15 to see them.

It all depends on how much you value the cinema experience, and to what extent you appreciate it. If you can't, and don't go very often, then it's definitely not worth the extra money. I love films and the cinema so think the IMAX is warrants the extra expense.

Last time I went was the Saw all nighter that ran from 9pm till about 10am, which was pretty harsh on the senses in all honesty!

well i go to a normal cinema quite often, absolutely love films, so I think this will be worth it. i've read its much higher resolution and better surround sound so ticks all the boxes for me.

    Go for it then fella!

The action scenes use the entire screen, which is pretty cool
