improvements :)

just thought id share with you that i ran an 8 min mile today which i know isnt that impressive but ive been workin hard on it and could just about run for 6 mins 2 weeks ago so i was properly chuffed, also in the month ive lost 4 kg from 107 to 103 so todays been a good day :)
