I would suggest going to your GP and talking about possible Gynecomastia. Unfortunatly, their is no way to exercise or diet off this fat, and surgery has to be thought of as the only realistic solution to this problem, this link will explain it better.

But aprt from that i BIG.......HUGE in fact congratulations on the progress you have shown so far, that is an amazing achievement,so dont let sommin like this slow you down.

Also Welcome to the forum, Gyno is often discussed here, so plenty of other better informd reponces will follow.

Edited as i posted the wrong link.

Dont get massivly worried or anything, its pretty harmless, think of it as stubborn fat, as i said its only a possibility, if it turns out to be nothing, then its just a case of seeing what we can do to exercise the rest of it off.

At least if you see your GP you have got the ball rolling on whatto do next

I wont really talk about diet, as the success you have shown shows an obvious understanding that what you are doing works!

to be honest yeah i was massive but that never bothered me .... my main reason for the weight loss was to get rid of the heavy chest ...... kinda hit this brick wall now ...... ill make that appointment and see what my gp has to say ...... fingers crossed
