injection pain in thigh

yesterday i injected 2mm of sus in my upper thigh and today i am experiencing an intense dull pain like a very bed dead leg. i have been told that the sus was injected in between my muscles in my leg and that is why i am experiencing the pain. Is this true as I am very worried.

Urgent replies would be appreciated .
Thanks
