injured mid cycle - what to do?

been on cycle about 8 weeks now, getting nice steady gains. sat at 16st with around 13-15% bodyfat, have leaned out a little while adding mass.

have done my shoulder in again this morning in the gym, if its as bad as last time i wont be able to use it for 6 months and it feels just as bad

cycle has been 750mg primo per week with 250mg sust, couple of 2 week blasts with 30mg dbol everyday and 400iu hcg every week. was going to start 100mg var ed next week.

what should i do now, i'm thinking dropping the primo keeping the sust and adding var at say 50mg per day and just doing legs and cardio and cutting right down? hoping i can hold onto what (little) mass i have.

i'm gutted. i'm seeing my physio friday to see what he says about my shoulder.

I would keep on with the cycle for the following 2-3 weeks if its no better by then i would come off or just run low dose test.

I feel for you mate. I used to be injury prone all the time. What lift were you doing?

unce peter - was doing seated d/b press went quite heavy and deep and just felt it pop. last time this happened i was out of lifting for ages and still have scar tissue under the shoulder blade where i tore the muscle, cant see it being a 2-3 week lay off tbh.

have got it iced now and swapping with heat.

at best i'll have a skinny men's health look this summer. i fcucking hate cardio too!

I don't really do these anymore, I did mine in from doing crappy pec dec with little form. I have to stick with BB presses and raises now. I'm trying to ignore the urge to go too heavy too quick while on my cycle.

I hope you get it sorted soon mate.

i know it wont fix owt D but can i suggest you back that heat/cold compress idea with immediate use of antinflammatorys just to avoid any ballooning swelling you might find yourself having shortly if its as bad is it sounds. ibuprofen can be run as high as 800mg 3 times a day mate as long as you eat before you take them, and it might just help keep any major swelling down that will disable you further. i dunno if the dbol is a good idea with that drug (just dunno, not saying it is or not) but you could drop the use of that just incase and the injectables dont carry the same problems on that front AFAIK.

just a thought mate. i hope its nowhere near as bad for you as you think it is. as for carrying on with the cycle, i'll leave that to the wiser crew cos i no nothing on that front, sorry.

if its that bad m8 drop everything apart from the test, run the test for a few weeks to help keep what gains you have at the moment.
