RE: injured - need diet advice please
I had tendon injury in my left shoulder and left bicep. I was out for 8 weeks. I didn't do any training at all I thought it would be good to rest every muscle, a part from playing football twice a week.
I eat exactly the same way as when training, but I had a MPR instread of the post workout shake. I've got a little fatter for sure, but I swear I've grow muscle as well after having 8 weeks out!!! the long rest didn't hurt me.
