instant protein 'ice cream'

chop one ripe banana into thick slices, stick them in the freezer until they're solid.
put banana slices into food processor with one scoop protein (i tend to use vanilla) and process. add a splash of milk to achieve a soft ice cream consistency. eat immediately. some pb will make it taste even better.

    One word = Awsome :)!!

I tried it this morning, although i threw in a few ice cubes too for a thicker consistency and it was ace. Im currently injured and im adding unwanted bf% with 0 activity, but this is a low cal treat that fits the bill.
