    Hi mate.

Nope, glucophage is not a type of insulin. It's a totally different drug and not very usefull for bbers - it only has any good effects in diabetics.

Usually, slin is used post workout at around 10IU in a single shot. It should only be used when bulking really, as it's a lot less risky when plenty of food is consumed. Make sure to eat carbs and protein before and after your shot - there are plenty of different methods for doing this but the main thing is you should always have carbs and protein post workout, and then a proper meal about 30-45 minutes later. The slin shot would come immediately after your post workout drink, and you would eat a meal half an hour or so later. Only use a short acting slin, the long acting ones are less usefull and more dangerous.

I believe slin is kind of OTC in the US and Canada, you may want to talk to a US/Can member about this though. I think you can simply go into a pharmacy and request the pins and the slin.
