    goals
    training time
    RER

    etc etc etc

all determine food choice and timing

    there is no one answer

some will have 100g of dextrose and 40-50g whey

for some that will be completly detremental

I just drink water normally until i go to bed, seem to hold it in without waking up more often than not.

    Pre-bed i have 200g cottage cheese, 15g nuts.
