Do you plan to compete equipped or unequipped and what's your weight and age?

Very good lifts you got there!
Check out the forum in www.riottraining.com (as Boar says), there's alot of SPA lifter's on there (including myself) and www.scottishpowerlifting.com for info on comps , try emailing the web master Stephen O'Donnel about gym's in Glasgow with powerlifter's, I'm sure he'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction. I know there's a good group of powerlifter's that train in the Palace of Arts in Belahouston Park aswell.
If you want your welcome to come train at the gym I go to in Kilmarnock, there's a group of 4 of use that train together, just let me know and I'll give you the address/direction's.

Not really Ross they have only one domestic comp per year a zero drug testing. Weightlifting Scotland is superior in every aspect.
