is 3 excercises on a day enough?

new to training and never really had a structured routine until I found this site. Have devised the following routine based on NY frankie from the routines section, do you think this is any good for adding mass:

DAY 1 � PULL
Deadlifts
Bent over Barbell Rows,
Barbell Curls,
Weighted Wide grip Chins

DAY 2 � PUSH
Flat Barbell Bench Press
Military press
Weighted Tricep Dips

DAY 3 � LEGS
Barbell Squats
Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Calf Raises (3x12)
Weighted Crunches

I am using 5 x 5 reps. was wondering if day 2+3 have enough exercises? also are my biceps getting too much work on day 1? Any thoughts, suggestions or improvements welcomed.

    To be honest even if your arms were getting a lot of work on the above back day, there isnt a lot you could do about it as they are not isolation exercises for the biceps, except the barbell curls.

    On that routine, 3-4 exercises in a single day is plenty. Its a great routine. I don't know what your diet plan is like, but I suggest being on a huge bulk while doing this routine. Your weights will go up every week and your strength will increase tremendously.

    i am starting this 1 lso but is this the best 1 for bulking (along with the food)
