Re:is bench press enough for chest?
It should be enough for the majority of people.
However you will get some that it may not be enough, or may not be enough to maximally enlarge the muscle to BB standards.
Alot may will also depend on you bench and dip tech etc.
I personally am a bit of a 'pec' bencher and most , if not all, of my pec size (which is one of my larger muscle groups in proportion to me) has come simpy from benching. Some may find triceps do a larger proportion of the lift and they may a) change tec or b) add some other lifts in.
