is flax seed oil recommended while cutting?

Hi all,
 
is flax seed oil recommended while cutting? also how much and when would the be the best time to have it?

    It is a good source of EFA's, so great to have whether bulking or cutting. The amount really depends on the rest of your diet and the amount of calories you are having in order to lose weight.

    Yep - in the region of 15ml/25kg bodyweight is usually a good point for oils, would add in some decent peanut butter as well for 06 if your diet is otherwise low in fat

    Thank both, I'll post my diet when I get home.

    Does it make a difference whether I have soft gels or a bottle?

    Not at all but soft gels are more expensive but obviously easier when on the go. Also if you don't like the taste of flax they are a god send.

    Try and get as much of your daily intake of poly unsat fats from your diet though, i.e. from high quality whole foods, not processed foods or vegetable oils for example.
     
    Food is where we're supposed to get things like this from, supplements are never a perfect swap.
