7.00am - 50g branflakes with skimmed milk
glass of orange juice

10.00am - 100g of cooked chicken breast or tin of tuna
25g of nuts (hazel / almond / Brazil)

12.15pm - 125g cottage cheese
Vegetables / salad
Whey protein shake

3.00pm - Wholemeal pitta bread
fruit

5.15pm ******weight training or cardio******

7.00pm - Whey protein shake

7.15pm - 150g chicken
small amount of flavoring or sauce
75g basmati rice
Vegetable selection

OR

chicken breast
jacket potato
Vegetable selection

9.00pm - 100g cottage cheese
3 Ryvita

10:30 - bed

Drinking water all day !

Is there any thing missing from this diet? would it be ok to do weights @ 5:15 for 3 days a week and the other 4 days do cardio ? Also could i swap the Wholemeal pitta bread for a wholemeal sandwich & what wud be ok o put in it if so ?

Why cutting at that weight mate?? Or are you gearing towards losing weight rather than sculpting?

Add some protein at 7-00 (egg whites etc, whey, chicken, sardines etc).

3 pm meal needs a protein source also to fuel your training session- have chicken/tuna salad with the pita.

    Add carbs to PWO- weetabix/dextrose/maltodextrose

What training and diet do you currently follow? Sounds to me like you might be able to increase output or simply lower calories slightly than make a complete change??
