is this plan any good for a biginner

8.00 egg on toas no butter
11.oo chicken + grapes
14.00 tuna salsd
17.00 apple + nuts
20.00 salmon veg sweet potatoe


work out 60minuet weight loss work out by muscel and fitness hers

6 min warm up
25min interval arobic cardio
the curcit training as follows

set reps
leg press 1 15
bench press 1 15
lat pull down 1 15
leg curl 1 15
leg extention 1 15
over head press 1 15
biceps curls 1 15
tricep pressdown 1 15
seated row 1 15


finish all nine then do the cercuit once more

4 mins cool down

also what is a seated row??

    What time are you training and how often? If you're not sure of all the exercises try this link: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/WtFemale.html, just click on different bits of the woman. Most people on this site don't advocate weight training directly after cardio. Anyway you can keep them separate or on different days?

    yes they are good plans its just i wanna rid fat asap will that be possible with their excersise plans also that food list above is what i am having today is this too much or is it the right amount for fat loss

    Of course you will burn fat doing their program providing that the calories you eat do not exceed your daily expenditure. I don't think the diet you've posted is enough though. Too few carbs and not enough veg. We do have a diet section on the forum. Why don't you ask for some advice there stating what your goals are
