is this routine good

I work out all my muscles in two routine.I rise the weight after every set. I also jump to 1 muscle exercise to th next in the order that it is writin. on the first day I do leg extention 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep then shoulder press 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep then legcurl 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep then incine situps 3 set3 of 50 then bicep curls 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep then calf raises3 sets of 15-25 when I get to 25 I add weight then dumbell front raises 15rep 10 rep 5 rep then squat 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep then ab machine 25 rep 20 rep 15 rep.on the second day I do bench 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep then low pull 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep then barbell wrist curl palm up behind back 30rep 25 rep 20 rep then tricep ex 15 rep 10 rep 5 repthen lat pull down 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep then fly machine 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep the shoulder raises 3 sets of 15 then sitting barbell wrist curl palm down 30 rep 25 rep 20 rep then seated row 15 rep 10 rep 5 rep

    forgot to add after day two I rest two day then start with day 1

    Looks terrible to me. What are you trying to achieve? Bulk up? Lose weight and gain muscle? Give us something more to go on?

    I'm really trying to become stronger right now so gain muscle in my routine I beleive my 15 rep rely pumps some blood in my muscle and gets them going the 10 rep is good overall and th 5 rep is for tearing the muscle

    Try this for one on for size

    DAY 1 (back/biceps)
    Deadlift 4x6
    Chins 4x Max
    One Arm Rows 4x8
    BB curl 4x8

    DAY 2 (chest/shoulders/triceps)
    Weighted dips 4x8
    Inc bench 4x8
    Military press 4x8
    Lateral raises 3x8
    CG bench press 4x8

    DAY 3 (Legs/Abs)
    Squat 4x8
    SL Deadlift 4x8
    One Leg Calf raises 3x10
    Abs

    BTW Adapted from workout suggested by Airbourne Warrior

    imo day 2 would be too much for me i would probably drop the laterals and cg bench

    i think i would drops a set of each apart from the bench if it was too much

    in all honesty i am doing that workout at the moment and have dropped the lateral raises and have reduced the sets to 3 for all days

    Squats -- 475lbs
    Deadlifts -- Romanian DL (only ones I can do with an injured back) -- 150lbs dumbells
    Bench -- 325lbs
