i've been doing this circuit routine for a while now, just wanted to see what you guys think of it.

No rest between exercises.
Set 1, 2 min rest then set 2
10 pullups
25 bodyweight squats
20 med ball press ups (10 each side)
50 step-ups
30 moutain climbers
15-18 dips
10 bodyweight rows
40 back to back medicine ball passes
30 medicine ball throws (8 ft apart)
1 min swiss ball plank.
Seems to be working fairly well.
Another thing is i have recently started doing this.
Mon morning 30mins cardio
Mon eve (circuits)
Wed morning 30mins cardio
Wed eve (circuits)
Fri morning 30mins cardio
Fri eve (circuits)
Is it better to train like 3 days a week twice a day, or would it be better to train 5 days a week instead and do the circuits on tue and thur.
