Ok .. I'm back

Eating pretty well lately, nothing really happening as far as BF loss goes but then I decided to bulk for a while and cut (loose BF) later

Trained Chest on Monday and had a wicked session, I am really starting to feel the strength gains more and more each week.

Training:
Flat DB Bench
1st set @30lbs 15reps
2nd set @60lbs 10reps
3rd set @70lbs 6 failure

Flat DB Flyes
1st set @20lbs DB's 8reps
2nd set @45lbs DB's 8reps
3rd set @65lbs DB's 6 failure

Dips, wide grip and leaning forward (weighted - 35lbs DB)
1st set 12reps
2nd set 8 reps
3rd set 6 failure

Hammer Curls, I find that doing these seated rather than standing I use better form, is this ok?
1st set @20lbs DB's 10reps
2nd set @40lbs DB's 8reps
3rd set @50lbs DB's 6 failure

DB Curls
1st set @20lbs DB's 10reps
2nd set @35lbs DB's 10reps
3rd set @45lbs DB's 9 failure

Also, Did 2 sets of Hammer Strength Bench machine

1 set @ 80kgs 6 reps
1 set @ 100kgs 4 reps failure (This was one of my goals I set out in my first post I think - to bench 100kgs)

Tuesday was leg day ...


And legs I did by god!!!!

Four sets of Leg press

1st set @ 90kg warmup 15reps
2nd set @ 150kg 10 reps
3rd set @ 200kg 8 reps
4th set @ 300kg 3 reps Failure

Squats, Did three sets of squats

1st set @ 30kg warmup 15reps
2nd set @ 100kg 8reps
3rd set @ 120kg 4reps

And that as they say was that ... my legs were too poked to do another rep of anything ... In fact I'm sitting here writing this in agony, DOMS got me bad this time

I was so sore yesterday I could harldy walk so missed my shoulder day! kcuk!!! Anyway, I feel a whole lot better today and will simply move last nights training to tonight and tonights to tomorrow night.

I ate pretty badly yesterday too, we had our work summer party (barbecue) and I think I overdid it one the crap food.. I must say I am feeling pretty great though and all my mates have commented about how big I'm getting, So. Obviously something is working....

Wednesday was off day so I took it off .... No cardio No nada, Just ate well and slept early!!

Thursday was Shoulder and Tricep day

Seated DB Press
1 set 35lbs DB's @ 10reps
2 set 45lbs DB's @ 10reps
3 set 60lbs @ 6 reps (failure)

Upright rows
1 set olympic bar + 20kgs @ 10reps
2 set olympic bar + 30kgs @ 10reps
3 set olympic bar + 30kgs @ 6reps (failure)

Lateral Raises
1st set 20lbs DB's @ 8reps
2nd set 45lbs DB's @ 8reps
3rd set 35lbs @ 5 reps (failure)

Shoulder Press (Machine)
1 set 35kg @ 10reps
2 set 45kg @ 10reps
3 set 80kg @ 8 reps

Skull crushers (E-Z Bar)
1 set 15kgs @ 10reps
2 set 20kgs @ 10reps
3 set 30kgs @ 6 reps (failure)

close grip bench press
1 set 20kgs BB @ 10reps
2 set 40kgs BB @ 10reps
3 set 50kgs BB @ 5 reps (failure)

Rope Pushdowns
1 set 35kgs @ 10reps
2 set 50kgs DB's @ 10reps
3 set 70kgs @ 6 reps (failure)

Friday:

Back Day

I felt absolutely poked today, Couldn't even DL 100kgs for anything worth while. I dont understand it at all, I did three sets of DL's and a couple of hyper expensions and left the gym with my tail between my legs, I felt ****e to tell you the truth ... I did however manage three wide grip chins whilst I was in this mood soI'm hoping I can get more outta me next time!

2 sets of seated chest press machine
1st set @60kgs 10 reps
2nd set 100kgs 5 reps to failure. I may try 100kgs flat bench next week.

Hammer Curls,
1st set @20lbs DB's 10reps
2nd set @35lbs DB's 10reps
3rd set @35lbs DB's 4 failure

DB Curls
1st set @20lbs DB's 10reps
2nd set @35lbs DB's 10reps

Did legs last night, went Okish ... I could probably have adone a little more but had a good time anyway

Leg Press
1st set @ 90kg warmup 15reps
2nd set @ 150kg 10 reps
3rd set @ 200kg 8 reps
4th set @ 250kg 6 reps Failure

Squats, Did three sets of squats

1st set @ 30kg warmup 15reps
2nd set @ 75kg 10reps
3rd set @ 100kg 6reps

Three sets of Leg Extensions
1st set @ 30kg warmup 15reps
2nd set @ 75kg 10reps
3rd set @ 83kg 8reps the weight is ,maxed out on this machine

Calf Raises
Three sets
1st set @ 5kg warmup 15reps
2nd set @ 75kg 15reps
3rd set @ 100kg 15reps

Hello, strangers!! :)

I've been away for a while so havn't posted here for a couple of weeks, this doesn't mean that I havn't been training though, I'm training like a son of a bastard! Hell, I think I may even be getting some muscle!! heheheh

I may need to change my nichname at some stage, to, "****hesgotbigmuscles" ..... Anyhow, I am going to be posting back daily again. I hope!

I am also trying to get someone to take a set of decent pictures of me in all my glory! (No, not Naked) :)

last night I trained Chest and Biceps! Oh, By the way .... I've changed my routine slightly, I'm trying Veganlifters 5X5 method now, apparently it works for some. So, why the hell not try it out!

Training:

Flat DumbBell Bench
1st set @20lbs DB's 5 reps
2nd set @35lbs DB's 5 reps
3rd set @65lbs DB's 5 reps
4th set @70lbs DB's 5 reps
5th set @90lbs DB's 5 reps

Weighted wide grip dips
1st set @ unweighted for warmup
2nd set @ 40lbs DB 5 reps I've ordered a dipping belt to make this a little easier, the DB is fcuking my ankles up
3rd set @ 45lbs DB 5 reps
4th set @ 45lbs DB 5 reps
5th set @ 50lbs DB 5 reps

5 sets of Hammer Press Bench machine
1st set @50kg 5reps
2nd set @80kg 5reps
3rd set @80kg 5reps
4th set @90kg 5 reps
5th set @130kg 5 reps
