    So what's your question?

You've already said how many days a week you're going to train and what exercises you are going to do plus how much cardio you intend to do.

Use the search function and look for "mass", "strength", or "5x5" programs. You'll find everything you need to devise your routine.

    Heres a rough idea

tues: dips, and clean and jerk

    thu: chins, row

    fri: squats, SLDLS/GM's

Sun: deads, snatch/OH squat, farmers walk

Do about 3 sets of each of low reps, except cleans & jerks anmd deads - just do singles for these

Thats functional for ya! Im sure J5 can help here

I disagree Bruce. I'm not being rude but rather honest.

I'm tired of seeing posts asking for information that can easily be found using the search function. Laziness really pisses me off.

Just like I tell everyone I train, I'll put forth my best effort and you need to do the same. Putting up a post saying "I want to get big and strong, please help me" when that topic has been discussed thousands of times is not putting forth your best effort.
