I've tried a few pre workout stims and Jack3d seems to work the best for me. Although taste isn't brilliant IME compared to Superpump for example.

Only side i've noticed is a tiny crash mid afternoon, I take Jack3d at 6.00am though.

I think it's trial and error, what works for some may not for others.

Its very strong - I really like it for cardio days, not so keen for weights as it can make me a little light headed!

use it for both cardio and weights and do find it gives me an extra boost at the end of both!

i am very caffeine tolerant and none of the others have ANY effect on me so this is GREAT!!

I  find Nutrex,  Black Hemo Rage    Ultra  Concentrate   similar to  Jack3d   but a bit stronger,  especially when using  20g weighed  accurately .

Gives a good  'kick up the arse' when taken 60 mins  before training along with  40mg  Dbol

    DEADLIFT..200k  x  5
    SQUAT..150k  X 7 for 3 sets
    BENCH...125 K X 5  for 3 sets

    OVERHEAD PRESS..85K

If you want stim effect just stick to caffiene tabs.

I would agree. My next pre work out will be a caffiene free one.

Pro plus tabs can be bought dirt cheap if I feel i need that kind of kick.

They rave about it on the american forums but it never really worked for me, just felt like a cup of coffee.

Really rate Jack3d, good buzz and energy boost, however stopped taking it because when I wasn't training I got very light headed and fell over on two occasions.  Might not have been the product, or might have just been a mix of the product and the type of person I am but it didn't happen again once I stopped using it.

It's quite a nice affordable pre-workout supp.  I build a quick tolerance to geranium supps though - needed double servings after 4-5 servings, and triple a few servings later....that's when I stopped

Cannot understand why Jack3d and others of that ilk are worth bothering with. One can of mountain dew does more than jack3d etc.. from my experience. A large majority of supplements being sold are of no use other than to part one of their money.

I have just ordered some but not for every workout, just the odd one where I am a little less motivated or tired.

its a very potent drink and one that doesnt make me run to the toilet to sh~t through the eye of a needle after consuming lol.

dont get hardly any muscle pump from Jack3D, just a huge boost in energy and stamina.

I like it but it makes me p1ss loads and angry. Also, I find after a few uses you body adapts too it and it's not effective.

I don't rate the Jack3d or any product that just states a proprietary blend.

    The best pre-workout that i have used are (and they all state contents);

Bio-Rythm O2-positive: stimulant free & amazing pump!!! great if you are training late on
Physical Edge - RAMPAGE : Very potent stimulant & good pump, great for cardio and generally kicking some serious asse in the gym
Mri Black powder (strong but expensive)
