Look at page 118 (meal plan). Pre workout snack (30-60mins b4) 150g mixed fruit and nuts, 1 tin tuna with hot sauce if desired, 6-8 wheat crackers. Does any of you do owt like this coz I'd definatley spew my ring at the first rep of almost anything!

    People are different, I know I can't eat anything big less than two hours before training without it repeating on me during the workout.
