Yes' after 2 and a half years, through injury.
Training 5 days a week one bodypart each day except arms which is biceps& triceps, training sesson only lasts about 30 mins except when i do cardio i add another 20 min, through experience i feel i grow better with short workouts.Have only been back at gym for 6 weeks and i am just bringing in cardiao. diet good plenty of fish, eggs, chicken, water, whey, but limiting carbs because put on bit of a gut.
week 1- benching 60kg and now benching 110kg.
week 1- barbell curl 20kg and now 45kg
week 1- shoulder press 50kg and now 80kg
I have ordered some rebound xt but don't know what really to cycle this with.
my aim is to put on more size, I am height 5'10, weight 182lb, body fat around 16%.
Can anyone advise ?. cheers
