just give ne a routine any1

hi me again with the routine stuff iv posted 2 or 4 times asking about routine like is this 1 good...is the 1 better..ect but i keep seeing people saying do this do that befor i started on this site i never thought about buking cuting or what ever i just don this

DAY1
BB press 3+10
db fly 3+10
bi curls 3+10
db curls 3+10
chins 3+10

DAY2
rest

day3
same routine an so on 1 day on 1 day of for ages to see how i look of that clike on my name to go to my file an look at the pic its a bit poor pic but it was with a bad phone but you can still make it out. back to the point now i dont do that rourine cos it sounds like its bad for you and to much can any 1 give me a routine i can do to keep the athletic look i feel like quiting and selling my stuff :(

    In direct answer to your thread title, here you go...

    Day 1
    Barbell deadlifts 3 x 8
    Weighted chins 3 x 8
    Bent over barbell row or Pendley row 3 x 8
    Barbell/EZ bar bicep curl 3 x 8

    Day 2
    Incline barbell bench press 3 x 8
    Flat dumbbell bench press 3 x 8
    Standing military barbell shoulder press 3 x 8
    Weighted dips 3 x 8

    Day 3
    Barbell squat 3 x 8
    45 degree leg press 3 x 8
    Stiff-legged deadlift 3 x 8
    Seated or standing calf raises 3 x 15

    lol keep it on so i can see the next 1 i just finished Barbell deadlifts starting Weighted chins now :) i can feel the deads in the back of my legs never done them
