just got the number 3

inverted albeit, but still not bad, about 1mm off getting it the correct way up, will attempt to get that last millimetre tommorow

    I know, it's weird, I seem to find it easier, dunno why, perhaps my little and ring finger need strengthening?

    I got them the same week we trained together and haven't done a 'proper' session yet, just messed about with them a few times.

    Yeah, I can close the #1 easier inverted. Never tried the #2 like that though.

    Weigh about 22 and a bit stone at the moment, arms are around 21.5 inches, also send my congratulations to the guy you know, he is obviously a handsome devil lol.

    tuc, well done mate!!! You are a monster! After you can shut it comfortably you could get certified as well mate.

    After you can do a hold for a few secs take a pic for us!

    Hey, one question: what is your training routine like at the mo? At the meetup you said that you haven't really deadlifted and do mostly bodybuilding style stuff, did we manage to sway you to proper training yet You have the genetics mate, a few years good training and you could do some real damage in competitions, if that would be your thing.

    If you are serious about #4 might be worth it to get some inbetween grippers as well. The jump is apparently quite big...
