just joined forum

hi i have just started working out,been doing it at home for a month every other day or 2 ! i have been doing the same press up and abs circuit (about 50 of each diff styles )
plus 2 sets of 6 dumbell concentration curls 12kg at the start and end of circuit (i reach faliure with that amount +its the only weight i have ) . i am aslo taking protein and creatine supplements,after 1 month i can see gains already and feel bloody good about it ! (just swapped from bicep to forearm to give em a rest) .

so its off to the gym next week full time, as i really wanna build on this new found enthusiasm i have for working out .

enjoyed the (building your house) post, and will look to get straight in with core exercises .

would alternating core exercises with concentration failure ones be a good idea ??

    Hi and welcome mate,

    As above post up your proposed routine in the routines forum and the people here will be more than happy to advise you on whats good and whats not. Post up your diet too as thats equally if not more important.

    As a beginner it's vital to get things nailed from the start to give yourself the best possible gains. Get a routine and a diet and watch yourself grow!!
