Do you have acess to a gym or train at home? How often do you intend to train a week?

Also check out the stickies in both this and the routines forum for some good routines to do or improvise with.

    Try reading this

    http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=41320

Also if bodyfat is pretty bad at the moment then you need to look closely at a good diet and plenty of cardio mixing exercise such as an hours powerwalking a day (low intensity) and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) such as cycling as hard as possible for a minute then letting yourself recover for 2 minutes (heart rate slows down) then repeat for a total of about 20 mins. Combine this wioth good weight training and at your age the fat should come away steadily.
