just want strength not size

warm up with 3 porgesivly heaver sets of 60%70%80% of 3 rep max for 3 reps each then start in on work sets .of 4x3


monday
deadlifts 4 sets of 3 reps
dumbell or barbell rows, 5 sets of 5
reverse grip chins 5 sets of 5
thick bare holds 3x 30 sec each or plate pinch

wed

bench press 4 sets of 3 reps
standing shoulder press 5x5
dips for triceps 5x5


fri
squats 4x3
stifleg deadlifts5x5

i would like to keep dips in my routine and also bench press any info would be great, im focasing on strength , i just came off of frankie NY's mass routine . This is basicly the same routine just lower reps.

    not bad, but if you have just come off 5x5 then I would be tempted to make your main sets 5x3.
    swap the BB rows for chins, put the BB hold on DL day, is that menna be plate pinch I would also put that day 1, then on last day I would add some weighted ab work. Personally i would also make a choice between dips and bench but if you want both then you could get away with it.

    1. will chins be enougth to build the strength in my lats or do i not know what i am talking about
    2.and i would like to keep both dips and bench, i use the weighted dips for triceps.
    3.i am working my way into strongman and powerlifting programs farly new at this
