keeping gains after Eptistane/havoc

Just wondering how any of you whov'e done an an epistane cycle have done keeping gains into and after PCT ?

For me i'm very impressed - and kept gaining into PCT and have kept most of the size and strenght that i got - even through a two week period of slacking off at the gym and eating a pretty poor diet.

The only thing i can point my finger at is after i stopped my PCT i felt quite low for about a week - kind of depressed and lacking motivation, although this could also be due to other things.. feeling Ok now.

Also i'm already planning my next cycle of epistane , whats the standard recomeneded time i sould leave between cycles ? I know it should be around time spent on cycle and PCT - so probably around two months , or is that too soon for another go ?

Like all PH's and roids, you should be off for the combined time of the course and PCT as a minimum, but I'd add a further month in and have three months between cycles.

btw, how did you find this, what gains did you make?

Found it great - for me sides affects were almost 0, could have stayed on it for ages. Gains were in the region of 7-8 lbs at end of cycle and about 5 lbs now after PCT. Did put on a bit of fat on the belly - which i'm now trying to lose. tbh I didn't pay too much attention to the scales - but at the end lots of people were comenting on my incresed size, so thought it was time to stop!

I found it to be nice and gentle not huge gains but very respectable - the best things was strenght increase, managed to 100kg on the bench press - which is a PB for me !!

I wouldnt trust using Epistane after it was proven to contain 40% of label stated ingredient.

That test was done using a standard for testosterone not Epistane, so the results are unreliable at best. If I remember correctly Havoc and Hemaguno also tested at about 30% of the reported active so it would appear that in the absence of a reliable reference standard the results are always going to be reported as "underdosed".

What matters to me is that members I respect have reported good gains with both products.

If im not mistaken, the test results forced the company to accept returned products from buyers for a particular batch, so i think there was something not right about it.
There is still 'havoc' which is comparable ingredient-wise which i would consider.

The reason a batch was recalled was not because it was underdosed, but because (somewhat ironically, considering they were supposed to be the same compound anyway) its GCMS was the same as Havoc.

I don't really want to have to sift through all the posts on this subject again however, as I have already said the testimonies from users of both products have convinced me that each (to borrow a phrase) "does exactly what it says on the tin".
