keto friendly milk ?

One week into my keto diet at mo, alls going very well but im missing my cup of tea lol
Foods are not a prob but black coffee all the time is getting me down, bit of a tea belly and missing my yorkshire tea.
Bought some soya mik today.... blurrrgh that tastes rank, any other options available ?
Been told to avoid milk altogether but i usually have skimmed would lactose free be ok ?
Thanks J.B.

100ml of milk is 5g of carbs, most people use a splash or a cuppa anyway. You can stay in keto with under 100g of carbs per day as you always burn a mix of glucose and fatty acids.

You could try cream in your tea.

Thanks for replies guys, i suppose i splash of skimmed in a cup of tea couple of times a day isnt going hurt the ketosis, im probably getting a bit anal about it all....
Will try the diluted cream too but even semi skimmed milk tastes really creamy to me and not good in my tea lol.
    Thanks again.
