kinkymisspinky compounds ohps

please can you tell what these are and on which days should i do this also should i still do the plan dave has put together for me in between these???

    ohps are over head presses/militry press/shoulder press/behind the neck press

    do one or the other, not both (in terms of plans i mean). You will end up overtraining otherwise

    OHP is overhead press. In front of the neck and standing for preference.

    Agree with Dave. Do one routine or the other, not both at the same time.

    Obviously I think you should do the routine I gave you . Monday-Thursday or Monday-Wednesday-Friday would be fine. Whatever fits in your schedule, just don't do the workout on consecutive days.
