    from the little i know:

buy the longest u can get, and wrap it pretty darn tight

make sure u wrap them both inwards, so left legs you wrap clockwise, right legs u wrap anticlockwise (i learnt that yesterday!)

if u want some amazing advice, email fat pete, hes a pro when it comes to wraps and a real nice guy 2

If your knees are sore it doesnt mean you need knee wraps!

you probably just have a bit of tendonitus, I get it on and off - Its becuase your knees travel to far over your feet!

Try box squating without wraps - box squat puts less stress on the knees anyway!

Like Welshdragon said you may not need
knee wraps you may just have joint pain
try `GLUCOSAMIN SULPHATE` that may help
    your sore joints
