kre-alkalyn

Hey everone, I am new to the forms and just had a question about Kre-alkalyn. I have been working out for about a year and have done no supplements other than whey and multi-vitimins. I was just wondering if the stuff was any good or better then creatine powder.

i used it & it's ok for those who want monohydrate but are afraid of reactions such as cramps, bloating.
Iy's monohydrate, not a different molecule.

For recreational purposes only. Do not bother with flames & witticism as i won't respond to them. Opinions provided as a mere stimulus for one's personal quest towards one's private opinion.
