RE: lat pull down help/advice?
It's going to take time to build up from 56-->95KG. Your lifts will progress as you work and develop your back on other exercises, e.g. bent-over rows, deadlifts, pull-ups. Also, try making smaller increments in weight for the LPD each weel - add 3-4KG each week and aim for the 8 reps. How many reps you get out may also depend on the order you do this exercise each back session, e.g. if you did LPD as the first exercise last week and as the last exercise this week, the number of reps you get out may not be as high.
