lat pull downs/front or back

right lads got one for u big boys out there . for a while now i,ve been mixing up my lat pull downs but not i want to know am i doing the right thing,
for my first 2 warm up sets i do them to the chest lighter weight  and for my 3 work sets i do to the back off my neck but sometime,s i feel i don,t get a great stretch from these am i better sticking with one or the other or is doing this fine.

    To front mate, leaning back if anything so the bar is coming towards you rather than down.
     
    Less injury risk to.

    As ITman said, was a thread just yesterday i think asking the same thing, but there is much less ROM behind neck and greater chance of injury, stick to the front

    Do what you feel gives the best growth on any exercise,but for lat pulldown it's front for me,would never go behind neck personally.

    If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.
