How long have you been on this routine?

Are you strong enough to do pull ups?

Have you considered spliting your back workouts into horizontal and vertical days?

On the surface of it I think you may have too much volume.

    quote:

    monday back and tris

    deadlifts
    BO barbell rows
reverse flys I wouldn't bother too much with these ATM
    seated rows ditto

lat pulldowns chins would be preferable
kickbacks loathsome [:P] close grip bench instead
    close dips

    wednesday chest bis

    bench flat
    dumbbell press
    dumbbell flies
    cross cables drop these TBH
wide dips either do these instead of flat bench or flies, or drop them

seated curls biceps are small just do close grip chins and barbell curls for now IMO
    EZ bar curls
    preacher curls
    hammer curls

    saturday legs shoulders

    squats
    leg press
    leg extensions not necesary IMO
    calf dips(that tiptoe thing)
calf curls (standing or laying) stiff legs deads would be preferable

military press you can afford to drop a press out here
    handstand press
    dumbbell press
    shrugs

abs decline situps every time im at the gym. 1-2 times pw should be enough TBH

    That's my .02c
