layout

hi
lets say a simple monday routine

bi's n tris

tri kickbak
tri pull down
dips
bicep curl
concentration curl

should it be performed like the above
OR

like this
tri kickbak
concentration curl
tri pull down
bicep curl
dips

    Swap for better exericises such as

    Close grip bench press
    skullcrushers
    tricep pushdown
    E-z/barbell curls
    dumbbell curls

    I'd do triceps then biceps or vise versa instead of mixing up or you can superset a tricep exercise with a bicep one

    they arnt my excercises just the first which ones come to my head... its just an example

    Then why don't you post YOUR exercises. Doesn't make sense to me that you post exercises that you don't even perform.

    because that is not my question ... i am woundering should the same muscle groups excercises be performed one after another or be mixed around for rest?

    TBH I don't think it matters too much which variation you employ. Your arms will grow off both.
