leangains split advice
I am trying out this split to see how it works.. I am only doing it for a week now, so I don't know what to expect.
I know my body doesn't care about what 'numbers' I calculated, so I am trying to adjust the diet early on to how I respond using this just as a rough template:
Workout days: 165p / 60f / 300c 2475 Calories.
Rest days: 150p / 90f / 40c 1575 Calories.
Around 2250 kcal a day is what I am supposed
to be consuming based on my weight, activity etc.
70kg and 178cm height.
Just yesterday I had the 'high carb' day and I woke up a whole 1kg heavier than the day before. I also feel kind of 'overspilled'
Does that mean I should cut back from the carbs and add more fat, or just decrease the calories overall, as it might be too much for me? (I was used to eating like 1500kcal / day, so I am still getting my f-ed up metabolism back
