learning to gain

I have been working out since 1999, but I never get the results I want to achieve. Been using Creatine/Ce2, but I don't see what I want. I want to gain muscle and get lean, strong. I am reading articles on steroids to learn how they work. Sometimes the side effects scare me a little. Has anyone ever got those side effects? And is there something you can take to avoid them?

Possible side effects are influenced by compound/dosage/duration/individual/etc.

Which side effects are you asking about in particular mate?

That is a great answer to your question. I started out with low doses and short durations just for that reason. It has taken me almost a year just to figure what is safe for me. You need to read and study about all the differents types of AAS available and then make your own determination. I have done well with a very conservative program.

If you're not gaining, and you have potential left, then IMO adding steroids won't help that much, as something else is missing.

First post your stats here (maybe brief training regime too). Next post you diet over in the diet forum.

And yes, the side effects do happen. It's different with everyone, but you're altering your basic body chemistry - you will get side effects.
