left arm wrist ache and numbness

Hi, I am on week 5, 500 test e weekly pining twice a week with adex every 3 days. I pind last on Tuesday with .5 adex, yesterday being Wednesday I was paranoid I had puffy nipples so took 40nova, today Thursday my wrist hurts and it's numb in my forearm wrist and hand, stupidly I did a chest day this morning even though it ached. Can someone please advise as tomorrow I am due to pin and take my adex again and wondering what to do for the best. Many thanks Andy

unless you injected in your shoulder i don't see this being related to the AAS. more likely injury related.

my only other area of expertise leads me to conclude you're not having a heart attack as this generally - for me anyway starts with pins and needles in my finger tips which travel up my arm and by the time it gets to my shoulder i have an elephant sitting on my chest. so not cardiac related mate chill

i recon you've most likely bent your wrist back and pulled a tendon/ injured a nerve

Slept on it wrong, injured it lifting, tendonitis, or masturbating too much. Try changing hands.

Cheers guys, I have turned into a serial wanker admittedly. I had an issue with my back about 6 months ago and through illimination I thought it was tendonitus and it flares every so often, half way through this cycle is it mad to carry on ploughing? Cheers

buy wrists straps so you can continue to do pushing exercises. and those hook wrists straps so you can do pulling exercises without putting too much pressure on your tendons. cut out anything which flexes your wrist and you should be fine. you may have to reduce the weight on some things but you should still be able to progress and gain while on cycle.

Cheers ninja, sound advice as always. I'm hoping it eases off. It's the numbness that has been bothering me more.

that could be either a trapped nerve or strangely water retention putting pressure on your nerves

Hand and arm numbness and pins and needles is a side effect of testosterone supplementation. I get it quite a bit when I'm on. Could be excess water and nerve endings or high BP. Had it in my toes and feet too

it's generally due to water retention - when you sleep teh water goes to your back and your hands are ok but when you wake the water drains down to your feet and hands leading to numb fingers and toes

a good anti e will sort it out quickly enough or a few litres of bitter lemon or tonic water as they both contain quinine which will drain the water out you too
